I just upgraded to 2016. I can't find the command to import LDD points. I tried typing LDD_IN but it does not recognize command. I used to use version 2010 and had no problem.

I just upgraded from MSCAD 2010 to 2013. I like the new features but am finding it frustrating to use. When i perform a lot of operation the cursor lags very badly from the mouse. I have a 2.93 GHz processor and almost 3 GB of RAM. Is anyone else having this issue? Is there a setting I can adjust. I...
I want to change the font in all my projects from now on. I am using the default MSURVEY font. I want to change to the CHISEL. I understand how to change the distances, bearings and so on. How do i channge the text toolbar to create CHISEL text intead of the default LEROY font.
I just upgraded to 2010. When I work in the viewport in paper space the fence lines and stonewalls do not scale properly. Is there a setting I need to change? I did not have this problem when we changed from 2008 to 2009.
Our office used to use Autodesk Land Desktop. We have a large amount of jobs in this format. How do i import the contours. We are using Microsurvey 2009. When I open an old file with Microsurvey I just get a series of rectangles.
After opening and closing a job a few times the job default window always shows the same job. (one of the first ones I did). It changes the scale and attatches the qsb file if one was not created for the new job. Any ideas why this happens??
When I try and type notes in paper space the text always comes out huge. Is this because the text still thinks that it is at 20 or 30 scale? How do you adjust it so it is at 1:1?
I am new to using Field genius 2007 w/ MSCAD2008. I stared an automap library from scratch in FG. As I took shots I edited them in the library. (EOP, HSCR, etc). The linework displays on FG. When I import the job to MSCAD all the linework goes to the Default layer. Now I think I have to Set up my au...
Is there a way of temporarily erasing points and labels to unclutter the screen without deleting the point from the database? For example if i am creating linework and there are multiple points in the area when I am done I can freeze the line layer and erase the points and move on to the next featur...

Is there any way to extract a range of point numbers to create a surface? When creating contours I only want to use points with actual ground elevations not steps or floor elevations. I see where you can select them by elevation range and manual selection.
