Hello, I have a demo of Microsurvey Tracker, and my question is:

When staking out a line you have an option for a Start Station
(EX. a sewer manhole is station 2+40)

So I enter 2+40 as the start station.

I would like to stake-out station 3+00, but the software does not recognize 3+00 as 60 ft from the original manhole. It recognizes station 3+00 as 300 ft. from the manhole, so in reality I am staking out station 5+40.

I do not understand the usefullness of having a start station if you cannot continue with the same stationing scheme. Is there a better way?

Currently the start station field is indicating what starting station we're using for the start of the line. If you change it is doesn't affect anything.

So in your example if you left the start station set to 0+00 and entered 0+60 for the station it would compute the correct location. This will be updated very soon.
