Word wrap in a drawing

Post by Michael O'Connor » Tue Sep 05, 2006 8:25 am

Is it possible to create a window with an irregular polyline or some other means that will act as a margin line so that a long document (legal description) can be imported from "Word" or any word processing program and have the word wrap function work?

The simple answer is no.

The more involved answer is - you can use OLE (object linking and embedding) to import the word document to dsiplay exactly as it was created in word.

There is a training movie that shows how this is done, in the help file. The command is now under the Draw menu -> Object (the movie may show another location).

That may be the best solution I can give you.
