Saving drawing in paperspace

Post by Wes Mossing » Fri Aug 21, 2009 8:28 am

Maybe it’s my computer but when in paper space I cannot save the drawing. If I try the program crashes. Most of the time it will make it through the auto-save but a manual save or just quit and save just put it into a grind and I have to close out.

Wes not sure what version you are running, but if its 2010 (suspect same for 2009?) then the only way I have a resemblance of sense is to have EVERY drawing set to a PDF default printer.
It has nothing to do with whether you want to print or not. But somehow some printers just mess with MSCAD by their very existence.

it would be curious to know what printers others are using that have these issues.
I have a RICOH Aficio 1015 and when set to that it caused the program to be unusable.

If that doesn't cause a fix then best send to helpdesk.

Hi, we know Richard's specific issue affects Ricoh, NRG, and Nashuatec printers - the IntelliCAD guys have been working on this.
