Lines start to skew when zooming in *SOLVED

Post by nathankroeker » Tue Jul 12, 2016 11:14 am

***Solved - I had to turn off Hardware Acceleration to fix the problem.

Hi, I'm using MicroSurvey CAD 2016. When I zoom in close to a point/line intersection the lines start to skew. I'm then unable to snap to the lines. I'm not sure what is going on. It is 2D data that has been scaled to Z=0. Any help would be appreciated.

try typing RE at Command Line.
I'd suggest its a screen issue where 2016 gets out of whack.
What sort of Video card do you have?
I still have some issues like this that are frustrating, but generally it works okay.

Regen seems to quickly snap it back into some mode of sensibility.

I've tried regen, regenall, redraw, nothing seems to change. It's really frustrating to not be able to snap off a quick point to line distance or anything. My graphics card is an Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000.

I had same issues. I think for some reasons certain mouse movements is causing rotation of view. It's restored by =>3d views => top view.
