How come I can't seem to get the linetypefactor command to work within the chprop command? I want to be able to do this function from the command line, not through the properties dialog box. However, I type chprop, and then then I have tried typing both "L" and "Linetypefactor" and neither seems to work. Any ideas?

Cathy, in the 'chprop' command, you need to enter 'ltype' at the prompt for it to work , not 'l' or 'lt'. I think this might be a small programming bug.

ltype will change the line to dashed or continuous etc, but I want to change the linetype factor, to change the spacing of dashes etc. Example, change linetype factor from 1 to 5. If I type "t" I can change the thickness, and it would seem by looking at the commands that one should be able to type "L" to change linetype factor, but it doesn't work.

Nevermind. I figured it out. You have to type "LTFACTOR" at the the command line.
